Welcome to the Introduction to GROWTH stage of GOLD. You are here because you completed all the Entry courses and got the foundational knowledge of organising and leadership development. We now speak the same language on organising and you are ready for the Growth stage of GOLD where you will dig deeper into what it takes to effectively lead your movement to victory. You will have some choices to make when it comes to your learning in the Growth stage. This introduction will guide you through what you can expect, what the courses offer, their formats and requirements, the choices you can make, and we will also ask you a few questions to get to know you. The courses are mainly intended for social movement activists, but if you are a curious individual, you are very welcome to join and benefit from it. Let’s dive in!
