Welcome to the Contraction course. You will explore the importance of reflection for any movement within the contraction phase, including taking a closer look at the movement timeline tool, internal, external, short and longer terms goals. You will also learn about the evaluation framework for organisers. Looking into celebration, you will understand how important it is to keep motivation high, to continue to build membership, momentum and positive vibes, thus reducing the chances of burnout. And finally, you will examine the importance of both self and community healing and resilience building and lastly, explore conflict resolution and tools for resolving conflicts.
